Cosplay of the runescape character Verac, one of the barrows brothers. This one represents prayer, but more relevantly, the ability to hit through an opponents defenses. Shotel does this, but Verac used a flail. No flail in this game, but notched whip can replicate the moveset, and bleed out someone.
