Don't tell anyone you leveled dex up to 21, it's just to speed up the casting animation for pyros a little bit.
And don't forget to keep the ascended flame in the right hand while casting karmic justice (it's no tin crystalization catalyst, but it still has high mag adj...), since its damage is influenced by it.
