A warrior of the jedi order actively seeking out and eliminating those who follow the ways of the dark side of the force. This guardian shows no mercy to those who have committed unforgivable acts.
I chose the iaito because, not only do I adore the moveset, but I feel that the katanas look and feel the closest to a lightsaber. I'm pretty sure the jedi were based around the samurai, so that's my excuse. You go ahead and use whatever weapon you think is most accurate and fiddle with the stats accordingly. Also, the wolf ring isn't necessary, I just wanted to show how much poise is possible with it equipped.
