This is a bloated combat mage. It buffs itself to make up for its weak armour, it can turn its body into water or iron. It has a weapon able to send a ripple in time towards ranged foes, and strikes hard close-up, too. Its off-hand has the ability to ripple a circle in mid-air, blocking most of incoming attacks.
