Notes from author
Back story: This once loyal guard of the Princess of Asotra has become undead and has been exiled from her homeland. She was born an orphan who grew up on the streets of Astora's Captial City. When she was old enough she joined the Astora Royal Guard in hopes of making a name for herself, and she did just that. Quickly rising through the ranks of the Guard to Captain, she soon caught the eye of the Princess, who convinced her father to appoint Cela to her private guard. Soon after being appointed to the Princess's private guard, the Princess and Cela quickly became close friends after finding out they shared a birthday and were the same age(24) and shared common interest(Reading, Star Gazing, and Collecting odd trinkets). After 3 years of being on the Princess Guard a tragic event happened, a coup by a faction of Rogue and Exiled knights. During this coup Cela gave her life to protect her friend. After the coup was over, Cela's body was found by the Princess, but she was horrified with what she found, a dark-sign brand her friend as an Undead. For the sake of her friend she ordered the Guards with her to take her now Undead friend to the Northern Undead Asylum leaving a short letter with her unconscious friend. When Cela awoke, she searched her person and found the letter left with her by the Princess. The Letter read:
"Cela,
Please don't go hollow. I sent you to the Asylum for your own good. I sent a Privately contracted knight named Oscar to aid you. He is undead like you so at least you have something in common.
I will miss you."
