Chaos Blade Build equipped with the Sanctus and Replenishment Miracle to counter-act the sword's HP Drain Effect.
Since using the miracle means no Grass boost for you, I've set the Mask of the Child and Cloranthy Ring to make-up for the Stamina-Regen.
The already High Dexterity will grant fast casting-time for your Pyromancies, but if you want that extra bit of speed you can simply relocate the 5 Vitality points.
This build is also capable of flipping with or with-out the 56 poise I've initially set, though you'll have much slower Stamina-Regen if you choose to go with - So I recommend using Grass for it's boost instead of casting Replenishment.
