The build opens up by using Havel's buff to gain poise, turning it into more of a DPS build with the Dragon Torso Stone.
Charcoal Pine Resin is more for flavour than anything, and the Lifehunt Scythe can be swapped out for other weapons.
DWGR can be swapped out for any other ring of your choice, such as the Hornet/Leo Ring. Weapons are diverse in their application and usage due to the 40/40.
If the buff runs out, throw the Toxic Mist and then re-apply it as fast as you can. Fire Tempest can be a good cover as well, if needed. To use the Pyromancy, I often swap out the Tracer for the Glove.
