Dex/Int build. Note that the 45 dex ideal isn't quite reached - if you want that, you can drop SS and reduce faith to 32. I find SS is better against other mages/people who use bows than Dark Bead, but couldn't warrant the stat investment for CSS.
Also note the 16 strength is not mandatory, against opponents who tend to fight in ways where sorcery isn't a good counter it allows switching to Chaos Blade/Lifehunt Scythe (make sure to unequip catalyst to keep enough room in equip load)
