If you want you can drop 5 Points on End put them on Vit, put the Mask of the Child and change the Grass Crest Shield por a Parrying Dagger or Small Leather Shield. Also if you prefer dmg over moveset or you you don't like the Iaito, you can change it for the Uchigatana or even the Chaos blade, just take points from Vit, put 2 on Str and the rest on End, or if you don't care much for poise you can change the Wolf Ring for something cool like the DWGR or the Red Tearstone Ring when in low health.
