Struggle to get a +3 Black Knight Sword ASAP
STR 20 for one handing Black Knight Sword (PvE)
INT 16 for utility spells such as Hidden-like sorceries, Fall Control, Magic Shields etc.
Replace Heal with Sunlight Blade for faster bossing/farming.
Use Havel's until you get RoFaP.
Green Blossom in PvP and be aggresive if you see greatswords. You will be able to tank 2 hits without getting staggered. If the two of you attack at the same time you will be able to land 3 two-handed hits, thus draining 90 poise.
At this point the enemy will be staggered probably and a 4th hit can make him bleed. You have Grass Crest Shield and Green Blossom/Power Within so you could roll away right before your stamina depletes.
Silver Knight Shield + Green Blossom/Power Within could also be used for tanking bosses.
Use your first slab to get your Uchi to +15. The Grass Crest Shield can stay at +14.
Ring of Favor and Protection stay at all times. Combine heavy armor with Havel's for more Poise/defense.
Fight the Four Kings as late as possible and use Quelaag's Furysword + PW + Havel's/Stone (magic def + poise) and just spam normal 2 handed attacks.
