first of all, this is not for "any kind challenge."
the idea is, using your vitality as careful as possible with the help you get from the gear and finishing the game without estus, and instant healing miracles. since you can only use 5 bonfires, that means you only have 5 uses of replenishment.
you can level up only after four lord boss fights and in firelink shrine. so these are the only bonfires you can use.
this is a build i used just for the lolz but it ended up being so much fun.
all the items in here are easily obtainable at the start of the game. except the ring of the sun princess. this ring makes replenishment more effective. very useful.
i will remind you again, this is not for a challenge. so bear that in mind.
and, being a permadeath build, falling off a cliff means you are dead :).
if you see any mistakes that i made in this build point it out so that i can fix it.
