Havel with a little extra Faith and Vitality and a little less in the way of Endurance. Still hits max stamina, but requires Favor and Protection OR Havel's Ring to stay above the slow walk barrier. Pyromancy Flame is there because there's no real reason not to invest in Pyromancy -- it's basically free, stat-wise, and weighs nothing. You can just BARELY use Great Lightning Spear, but it's there, and it will most likely make dealing with dragons noticably easier.
