Fastroll alternate setups: take off rapier and you can use maiden robe and hsw for 7 poise, or keep rapier and use moonlight gloves / hsw only, but has incredibly low defense.
This is only really good as a midroll as good havel's greatshield setups are usually very high leveled. It could take off havel's ring and just fatroll but that is difficult to play with due to overall reduced movement speed
That being said, for a good fatroll: change havel's ring to hornets or whatever you want, replace rapier with dragon greatsword or dragon king greataxe for 100% equip load. The large AoE's make up somewhat for lack of mobility.
