The END is balanced so that you have max STA and can light roll. Cast Power Within and roll around the opponent to throw them off whilst the shield on your back gives you increased STA regeneration. Getting off enough hits will cause bleed which is the main idea of this build. I know it could benefit from a secondary bleed weapon, but two handing an Uchigatana is very effective.
