Based off of Krieg from Borderlands 2. The avelyn is like his weapon, the axes are his buzzaxe. Flame surge is like his hellfire halitosis skill, the power within is for his buzzaxe rampage, and red tearstone ring is like "Release the Beast" skill. The ring of the evil eye is supposed to be his passive buzzaxe rampage skill that heals him upon a kill. The armor was the closest I could find to what he wears. To get the most out of the build, 2-hand whatever weapon you're using.
