The most fun I've ever had with a character. Not optimal for PvP, but still surprisingly effective, as Puff plays fairly uniquely. The Magic Dragon's main advantage over other builds is it's ability to engage at any range. Long range magic and MLGS specials hit like a truck. Medium range has butterfly horn to harass the enemy to keep them on their toes, as well as dragon headstone firebreath. Close range is dominated by the MLGS, Enchanted PGS (+15 with CMW is also an option, but Enchanted scales S with INT), and Dragon Torso stone stun/knockback/shieldbreak/buff. Should the enemy employ GMB, the Dragon Form bare hand attack deals a solid 400 AR of physical damage.
The magic dragon is also highly modular for different playstyles. Shields can take the place of a casting implement, Cloranthy Ring can swap out for Bellowing Dragoncrest to enhance the spellcasting, etc.
The Magic Dragon is a highly skill-based build for experienced PvP players looking for something new. Lack of armor means that you can die very quickly, so mobility, range, and the Torso stone's stun are all vitally important to avoid taking hits in the first place. Although the build has default spell availability, it's intended to play as a purely melee class, with only very occasional spell use.
