Priscilla's Dagger could be exchanged for another weapon if you can't get her tail cut, but it's a pretty easy tail cut before you agro her. Or you can get battle axe and 2h her for the staggers. I think this'll work considering the over the top bleed resist. You could change bloodshield, too, since it's just bleed resist you don't need. 830 vs like 370 or something.
