Notes from author
This spiritual guardian once called an ancient wood his home. Sadly, having lost his habitat to a great blaze, he's now become an aimless wanderer. Tainted by the destructive energies of fire, he can find no safe refuge in another forest and must confine himself to an existence of perpetual isolation.
*The Build:
The idea here is to use miracles defensively in conjunction with offensive pyromancies. Smash your foes with the great club when they get in close and keep that stamina regeneration up. Charcoal Pine Resin is the weapon buff of choice for this build.
Rings are whatever you want, although I recommend the RoFP, Ring of Fog Havel's, Cloranthy or Wolf (if you're mad about poise)
* Recommended Alt Weapons/Shields:
- Black Knight Weapons (also tainted by fire)
- Any weapon made of wood (ie the other clubs)
- Large strength based Demon Weapons
- Obsidian Greatsword
- Man Serpent Greatsword
- Add an extra 2 in dex for Gough's Greatbow
- Stone Greataxe (Which would be perfect if it did decent damage)
- Stone Greatshield
- Golem Axe
- Other Suitable Strength Weapons
*Alternative Armour Pieces:
- Any of the Pinwheel family masks as they have that forest sprite aesthetic
- Stick Guardian Armour pieces as much as you can - at least two
- Hoods and the Thief Mask are acceptable
*Recommended Spells:
- Pyromancies: Any, though Iron Flesh doesn't really fit the forest theme. Build not especially focused on Chaos pyromancies.
- Miracles: Try to make them passive. Great Magic Barrier, Replenishment, Great Heal, Tranquil Walk of Peace. Karmic Justice, Force and Emit Force maybe.
*Notes on the stats:
- 40 Strength for strength-based weapons. Go 50, 46, 48, 27 or 28 if you want.
- 18 Dex is there if you want to use Black Knight Weapons
- 24 Faith for Great Magic Barrier, Great Heal, etc
- Adjust the stats to whatever suits you, this is just one example.
- Intended to be a SL 120-135 Build
