This build is based on invading the guilty and punishing them. The Target Shield and Parrying Dagger both have a special parrying animation with a longer parrying window. Ideally, you'll want to use Parrying Dagger in your left hand isntead of Target Shield as Pardoners as well as people from Carim do not use shields and dual wield a Parrying Dagger next to their primary weapons. Alternatively, you can use Vow of Silence to fuck up casters in PVP. If you need, you can add 5 more points to VIT or END to get to SL125.
