This build, is just a combination of fire and heavy build set + dex weapon. I use it for both PvE and PvP purposes. You can replace Havel's Ring upon low health with Red Tearstone Ring for bonus damage. Plus, if you don't like Washing Pole, use Chaos Uchigatana+5 instead. Also for stamina regeneration aspects, you will have to replace Crest Shield with Green Crest shield.
