MugenMonkey

Notes from author

I wanted to know if this would be of any use. Now I understand that comments won't be allowed as I am remaining anonymous. But if anyone does believe that this build can be better, then please create a better (public) version with the name of TRY THIS or TRY THIS BRO (to help identify). I am just looking for help from the community before I start this build. As for the rating goes, just simply rate if it is GOOD and not great. I am open to even radical changes to the stats and weapons, but I like some buffs other than Green Blossoms (even if it is power within) And possibly by chance, in the new builds description state whether THIS build I thought of is good for PVP, PVE, Both, or neither... THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO READ THIS!
