I'm sorry, I would not have made this, but I just saw an AWFUL Solaire build, and I HAD to fix it. The creator claimed it was a PvE build, but I think that was just his way of saying "This build is shitty, don't use it in PvP.". He put ~15 points into RESISTANCE. Anybody who knows ANYTHING about making builds knows that RESISTANCE IS USELESS, unless you're invading in blighttown I guess, and want flat resist for the poisonbite ring but that's just stupid.
Anyway, sorry about that rant, let's actually talk about this build.
If you're in the Sunlight covenant, the best thing to do is to be a gold phantom, but what nobody realizes is that that doesn't HAVE to mean ganking, one can simply battle invaders 1v1, tournament style. Another thing is that this build is actually good for the original purpose of the white soapstone, helping others with PvE whilst protecting them from PvP. All it needs is changing the level to suit the area (that will generally mean giving up sunlight spear due to those points in faith and attunement being unnecessary and too much).
Oh wait, that's right, the build. Remember that casting a spear into water will create an AOE effect, so remember to switch between locked and unlocked in combat. Consider sunlight blade instead of divine for your sword, though one might want points into STR and DEX for maximum damage. Remember that 30 and 50 are the points of diminishing returns for VIT.
Your sword will not do a ton of damage, but it swings quickly, so it can add up.
SL 121 gives a range of 99-143,thereby encompassing most hosts, including Giant Dads.
