A standard 20/20 quality with 48 vit and the rest in end. The weapons you use are any weapon within your stat requirements that have either a high base stat or a weapon you made lightning or chaos fire, so it's pretty flexible. I made it so there is at least 10 points of equip load left before mid-roll, so you could use a wide variety of weapons and still fast roll with the best physical defence in the game and 89 poise.
