A build centered around Ornstein's Dragon Slayer spear.
The weapon has 3 scaling stats and takes the best from all.
24 STR to 1 hand, the first soft cap for str is at 26, but I decided the 2 points were better off with an attunement slot.
40 dex to meet the hard cap for dex
(This should be the stat you raise first, while using a dex weapon of choice, I recommend the spear)
30 faith is always a good benchmark allowing you to get some strong miracles like Sunlight blade and wrath of gods.
30 vit to meet the first soft cap
29 end to meet the first soft cap
10 att to have atleast 1 attunement slot
This build does not use Int or Res.

This build is optimized for defense & fast roll, but keep in mind you will have low poise.
Luckily for the spear, you can use r1 while your shield is raised.

Havels ring is pretty standard, allows you to wear better gear + maintain decent roll speeds
Leo Ring will boost the damage of thrusting weapons which make contact just after the enemy strikes
