Summoning Range is 13-37 allowing for Sunbroing in Undead Parish, Blighttown. Get yourself some Elemental Broadswords ( Devine,Fire,Lightning and if you can defeat O&S occult) And Praise the Sun. Heal to compensate for low health pool. LS to decimate Goyls. 3rd slot is optional if you want 2 more points elswhere. Toxic Mist for Invasions swap for Force to clear swarms of mobs. Havel for Fast Roll if you dont mind Mid Roll Swap for FAP (Ring of Favor&Protection)and use Elite Armor. 2nd Ring Slot to Power up your LS mainly. Swap for Stoneplate Rings if you need Elemental prot. Or Rusted Iron Ring if you help in Blighttown e.g.
Dragoncrestshield and Astoras GS for early runs till you have some embers and access to your Shield of choice (if you like to use one you prefer)
Goyls are a walk in the Park. Quelaag is absolutely managable especially if you get a decent lightning weapon. Moss Clumbs and PMClumps to heal your Summoner if he gets toxic or poison aswell as for yourself
I have managed to get to O&S with this build and if your good its absolutley possible to kill them to access lightning+5 and all kind of lategame goodies.
