Equip Crown of Dusk instead of Mask of the mother. Mask of the Mother is only listed to show that it matches the equipment load.
Can also use Crystal magic weapon and a falchion (for example).
For rings, you can also switch to darkwood grain ring (get distance for casting), wolf ring (can poise through ultra greatswords), or RTSR.
Not recommended are Hornet Ring or Leo ring, since the Butterfly Horn doesn't do much damage anyway and its damage is purely magic, no physical thrust here.
Be careful, this build has slow cast speed.
