Basic Havel build. Med roll is essential for this build, and the overage of poise/defense should prevent most - if not all - knockdowns, knockbacks and stuns. Plus you shield will take about 90% of the beating if used properly. Works WELL in PVE, have had a little luck in PvP, but be careful against overly fast classes. Bide your time and strike at just the right moment.
