This build is designed to nullify the damage from Power Within, while making you one-shotted by most enemies.
If my sums are right, you should do (Base 480 dmg + (1.4 * 293) buff increase) * 1.4 power within boost = 1246.28 total dmg.
This is, however, split between magic and physical damage.
Light armour is used so you have some hope of dodging things.
The lingering dragoncrest ring extends the length of the Power Within buff, and decreases health drain per second to around 2/3% of max per second. This allows us 100 higher max health.
