Use Gold pine Resin to buff the greataxe. Best part is the farthest you really have to go is 4 kings to grab the red eye orb. Farm resin from the mushroom parents in the forest towards Sif. Twink, Twink away. I suggest using the drake sword until you get enough titanite to use a different weapon. You could just treat this like a one-bro and use pyromancy to clear the game.
Pros- 2 handed strong attack can catch off guard, ridiculous AR. Contests with a Chaos weapon without having to cheat or clear the game at level 25.
Cons- Little health/ stamina, mid-roll, bad fashion souls. Difficult Smough and Ornstein Fight, as well as 4 kings.
