I wanted to make a build in which I could role-play the great Knight Artorias (because who hasn't wanted to, let's be honest).
I try to stick strictly to Artorias' lore, so only using his items, save for Havel's ring, but this was because Artorias was such a beast on the battleground with his agility and the only way to make your knight not fat-roll was to equip this ring. Plus, it could be stretched if you really think about the fact that Havel had a very high position in Gwyn's army and may have shared his inventions with others in the elite guard. Makes much more sense than ROFAP equipped.
WOTG because he was part of the elite guard so y'know, could make sense that he could use this, and that he'd have high faith stat to use it.
Both WOTG and Power Within are used for the same reason in conjunction - think about when you fight him in his corrupted state, he has a self buffing move that ends with a WOTG-like explosion.
Dark Bead and Dark Orb are also for spells to use at your disposal and are okay to use since Artorias was corrupted by the Dark (Abyss).
STR and DEX are equal because he is so equally talented with both arms in battle. (given that his right, main arm, broke and still swings his sword like a mo-fo).
Lastly, this is a lvl 150 build because come on guys, let's be honest, Artorias is super tanky and strong.
