Focus on dealing damage. Morning Star is also a good option if you don't like the mace. Not much variation in armor (sorry for that), but there's not much I can do for a Crusader.
Same as the other build, change to Holy Robe when in snow/cold place for role plays.
Also for a final note, you can use Lucerne if you like halberd type weapons. Hard for single pvp, but easy to get used to.
