Vergil cosplay/theme. We need more Power...
Low SL max Dex cast-speed quality build.
Very versatile with what you can equip. Mix and match armor and loadout for fashion souls or to outfit your character to your liking.
Allows 1h to 2h use of weapons up to 32 strength, all Dex-specialized weapons, as well as Dragonslayer Greatbow/Black Bow of Pharis for Ring of Fog/sniping shenanigans in Darkroot Forest, Kiln of the First Flame, etc.
SL69 for lower soul range pvp.

You can add 1 SL to give 10 Faith for Thorolund Talisman + Crown of Dusk + Ring of the Sun's Firstborn + Power Within + Gravelord Gravesword Dance for 1k+damage while still retaining low SL pvp range!
SL72
Add 2 points to Str to be able to 1-hand Butcher Knife, Zweihander, Server, Gravelord Sword, Man-Serpent Greatsword, Dragonslayer Spear, and Pike as well as 2-hand Black Knight Greataxe, Golem Axe, and Giant's Halberd!
Armor and loadout posted on build is unoptimal and just one of the many combinations you can do (Poise/Defense Stack with Havel's or Giant's gear). You can maximize Pyro damage with Crown of Dusk instead of Gargoyle Helm, use Avelyn for hidden ranged cheapshot/finisher, etc.
*Did not use Ring of Favor and Protection to give more options on double ring combos.
Int at 12 for Oolacile Ivory Catalyst alternative/options if Pyro gets stale, Heavy soul arrow with Crown of Dusk and Bellowing Dragoncrest ring does decent damage with or without Power Within. 144 magic damage buff of Magic Weapon combined with naturally high AR of dex-scaling weaponry adds to viability. Magic Weapon+Power Within double buff for +15 regular upgrade path weapons for better dps.
*Demon's Catalyst(354 damage split phys/fire)/Tin Banishment Catalyst(212 damage) if you want to have fun poking with a catalyst off-hand.
