in short, it's a bridge patrol build, which focuses on pissing people of by knocking them of a ledge or a bridge or wherever people can fall to their death, it makes sure you quickly regenrate your stamina, and that you won't be spotted from a distance.
I mainly made this because I hate the arches in Anor Londo immensely (especially the one in the hall where you enter to fight ornstein and smough), so I decided to see how it is to be an even more annoying version of them to other players. have fun with it.
