You can switch out the Wolf ring for something else, namely Sun's first born if you want to use more offensive miracles, Steel protection, Cloranthy, or any appropriate Bite or Plate ring depending on the situation, maybe even a Hornet or Lingering Dragoncrest if you're feeling funky.
I reccomend switching the Mask of the Child to a Mother if you're using the Cloranthy and/or green blossoms in PVP.
