A character based off of "木" (Wood), one of the five Chinese "Elements", aka 五行 (Wǔ Xing).
Etymology: 林扶桑 (Lín Fúsāng): Lín is a common surname in China, meaning "forest". Fúsāng refers to several different entities in ancient Chinese literature, often either a mythological tree or a mysterious land to the East. In this case, the mythological tree is being used. The tree is a mythological tree of life as is either identified as a mulberry or hibiscus.
Weapons/Magic/Playstyle: As a result of her theme, Lín primarily uses weapons made out of wood. Lín is meant to be played as a hunter/stalker, sniping at enemies from hiding spots afar before retreating and repeating the process. If the enemy closes in, the Greatclub is drawn as a last resort attack to distance, stun, or slay the enemy.
Armor: Lín wears only rags that cover the necessities to symbolize her preferred 'primitive' nature.

Lore: Lín was the chieftain's daughter and one of the head hunters for her tribe. The first of her tribe to turn Undead, she was sent off on pilgrimage to Lordran along with four other young females from the other sects. Upon arriving in Lordran and discovering the nature of the Undead Curse, Lín settled into the various forests of Lordran, defending them from would-be desecrators.
As a member of her tribe, Lín is specially attuned to natural element of Wood and this can be seen through her unnaturally colored hair and eyes for a traveler from the Far East. She possesses inhuman strength and extensive knowledge of plants. As an example of her not-quite-human heritage, Lín's monstrous bow is a human-sized replica of Hawkeye Gough's Greatbow. Even so, no ordinary human should be able to wield it. Compared to her comrades, Lín's equipment and fighting style are the most simple, relying almost solely on physical strength rather than magic or 'qi'.
