Notes from author
"A kunoichi from a far-east land, you honor your code by slaying any Hollowed Undead you come across. This includes the UNdead Merchants when they have expended their usefulness. You are known as "The Deadly Lotus," formerly for your skill at assassination and goddess-like beauty, but now for your assassination technique; beautiful and deadly. You use your magic to either hide in the shadows, or in plain sight. Your skills in seduction are no longer of use, but you still have your fighting skill. You have chosen to defend the forest, and are adamant in protecting it." - Backstory.
Roleplay Purposes:
This is a role-playing build I came up with for a kunoichi-style playthrough. The Dark Wood Grain Ring and Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring are obviously for stealth and athleticism, and the Hidden Body, Weapon and Chameleon sorceries are for stealth also. Ninja are known for poison, so I thought Poison Mist would also be a good addition, seeing as it can also blind your opponent to you, allowing you to escape into the shadows. The Repair Powders are to symbolize a ninja's ability to repair their weapons on the field of battle.
Bow Setup:
For the best roleplay experience, use Fire Arrows whenever far away from your targets, but only when they can't see you. Using a bow made ninja vulnerable, so use it as little as possible unless you are certain you are safe.
Iaito Strategies:
It's best to two-hand the Iaito whenever in a fight, because it will allow for more damage. But whenever you reach half health, switch to one-handed and use Poison Mist to cover your escape, or go in for a quick kill. DO NOT risk it if you don't think you can kill your opponent in one blow.
Stealth Tactics:
Make sure to always have the Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring equipped, so that you make no noise while Hidden Body and Weapon are active. Also, be sure to use Chameleon to trick your opponents. Ninja were masters of hiding in plain sight.
Finally, have fun playing this build!
