Lautrec Dex-Faith build. Faith because of his dedication to the goddess, it felt the most appropiate lore wise instead of quality or pure Dex. Divine shotel makes use of this coupled with offensive miracle. FaP ring requires no explanation lore-wise nor gameplay-wise. Red tearstone as it is from Carim, felt appropiate and better than blue.
Darkwraith because it is mostly a PvP build, especially for invasions and you love that humanity. Could consider warrior of sunlight for sunlight spear or blade of the darkmoon for darkmoon blade.
Might consider dropping heauth or dex for endurance if you wish for more stamina or dropping the 5 points in strength (doesn't really have a purpose but I accidentally leveled it in my playthrough).
