A Dexterity build. It has a good amount of HP, very good Equip Load value, and enough Stamina to make a lot of combos with Katanas, Piercing Swords, or any other fast weapon. I choose the Uchigatana for the Bleed damage and his descent normal damage. The Balder Side Sword is another good option.
It can make good rols at fast speed, and can block (and even parry) with medium shields. The Grass Crest Shield is useful for his Stamina Recovery bonus, and the Crest Shield for a good Magic Protection.
The Paladin Set is the one I chosse, but, if we can rol and move at fast speed, this build can work with any medium armor.
Also, this build can do some basic Piromancy and Miracles, so we will have a very adptable build for, at least, a descent PvE game.
