Good both for PvE and PvP. 36 strength and 18 allow you to use all main weapons and, especially, the Black Knight Greataxe (or elemental weapons, such as the claymore). 30 faith allows you to cast every miracle and, with 16 intelligence, you can use dark bead and most of the defensive sorceries with Gwyndolin's catalyst. You can switch wolf ring with DWGR, red tearstone, hornet and havel's for the heavier weapons.
