Lightest possible way to get to 76 poise that i could find. Switch to the tracer for ripostes. Swap wolf ring for red tearstone when your health is less than 20%. those are the two spells i use for the arena mix and match to your hearts content.(NOTE: power within health drain is no longer affected by your pyro glove level)
