Hornet ring can be swapped for any other ring. If you want to stay at 40 instead of 43, drop vit to 49 and use tiny being's ring instead of hornet. Hand axe is what I use but if you change armor you could use battle axe. It's an okay build, having so much HP lets you act like a complete retard with impunity since you can soak up so much damage.
