You basically are a glass cannon. It's your choice whether to use power within or Havel two-handed R2 attack to buff you before the fight starts. Often switch weapon among the dragon ones (for this build Drake Sword, Dragon Tooth, Dragon Greatsword, Obsidian Greatsword, Dragon King Greataxe or even your bare fists, which btw are OP) to be stylish. If using Dragon King Greataxe or Dragon Greatsword be sure to unequip everything else, to still be fast rolling. Also switch to dark wood grain ring if the opponent has heavy weapons which would ignore the 40 poise. Use black flame after landing a backstab or randomly throughout the fight to be unpredictable.
