Beatrice from umineko no naku koro ni. A lot of vitality even if its halved by the dusk crown ring. Spells are even stronger with bellowing dragon ring and crown of dusk. The rest of the equipment is for show. Also most of her spells are projectile (like her seven sisters of purgatory)
