Listen, you can't make a good build with Velka's Rapier. It's just not possible. Anything you can do with this weapon you could do with it you could do better with an Estoc, Rapier, Ricard's Rapier, Great Scythe, or the Moonlight Greatsword. Crystal Magic Weapon on a pure phys weapon is just objectively better than an innately split damage weapon. Add the fact you have to waste 12 points on Faith and...
