Using my default build and just changing the equipment. I've found this build to be very helpful in dealing with Seath (especially when you're trying to cut off that annoying tail). The Paladin Set is used it's high curse resistance, and medium to high physical and magical resistance. The Ring of Steel Protection is used to increase the physical resistance against the tail's attacks because the Great Magic Barrier will already reduce most damage from any other attacks. Havel's Ring is to allow for fast motion when reaching the tail, and the Lightning Great Scythe for cutting it off (or just hitting Seath). The Grass Crest Shield and Great Heals are just extra because there was room for spare.
