Using my default build and just changing the equipment. I've found this build to be very helpful in dealing with Nito. The Slumbering Dragon Crest Ring and Ring of Fog combination prevents all of the Skeleton mobs from attacking you unless you get close to them, and Nito will initially be boxed in by them. The Crescent Axe is used to permanently kill one or two of the small skeletons to let Nito get closer to you, and the Pyromancies are used to kill Nito. The Cleansing Greatshield's purpose is to block all toxic effects from Nito's miasma attack.
