Dragon torso stone roar buff, -20% HP RTSR buff, Hornet Ring backstab, +5 Crystal S-Scaling Demon Greataxe, Sunlight Blade cast with Darkmoon Talisman, Power Within.
Keep in mind I'm not a mathematician, but if you take into account all of these buffs, you get:
+432 damage from Lightning Blade (240 Mag Adj x 1.8)
+40% from PW.
+25% from Torso Stone buff.
+50% buff from RTSR.
(x4 + 25%) buff from Riposte.
+30% from Hornet Ring.
This offers a fat total of ~20,457.94 AR. One-shots every boss in NG and NG+1, and I think +2 as well. Obviously, it's an absurd amount of souls and wouldn't last very long, but we can dream.
