See my Ds3 build with the same name. Cba to write this out twice, apart from the choices for spells and weaps
-talisman + flame for spell use (obviously)
-ceastus because I feel like the agents of spectrum would use guns or fists
-avelyn because it's pretty close to a gun (use fire bolts for explodeys)
-havel's for fast roll
-Wolf ring because our boy the cap can withstand anything.
-Specific spells chosen in relation to the lore of captain scarlet, but here's a breakdown
-recovery spells used for his retro metabolism, so he recovers from injuries that would normally kill others.
-flashsweat and iron flesh for resistance to attacks in general. What a strong boy he is.
-High faith for that scaling + talisman chosen accordingly.
-Feel free to change out the weapons to suit you
