SL 110 (optional +10-20 SL, your choice). 50 faith occult winged spear for turtle pokes and decent damage mostly magical. Chaos rapier for high critical damage or general rapier things like turtle/pokes/finisher, decent damage mostly fire. Small shield for weight/parry speed and Darkmoon talisman for high Magic Adjustment.
Features fast rolling, 2 copies of Wrath of the Gods (or your choice for 2nd miracle, or optional 2 more spells if you add +4 to attunement), 61 poise (poise through everything if you want, except 2h ultra weapons) and high overall defenses. Combined with the good poke from your phys/magic/fire damage types have good reach and ability to turtle or poise bs or roll bs, this is a nice all around cleric based build for PvP.
