I won't take credit for the build since I just optimized it slightly. The gravelord miracle is for following up after a hornet ring backstab, just leave it alone if you need the wolf ring on for that opponent.
With wolf on you hit the nice 81 poise threshold to tank and poisestab through any hit in the game if need be :)
